Disclaimer
All-over printing, our method for creating our t-shirts, is a useful method to create striking and creative shirts. It’s created by infusing a layer ink directly onto the fabric, therefore covering a bigger surface space than DTG printers. We endevour to make all of our t-shirts of the highest quality however our dye sublimation printing for T-shirt and Tanks tops is not a cut & sew process, meaning we cannot guarantee 100% same placement for graphics on every sublimation t-shirt and tank top and in some rare cases there may be very small white lines if the fabric has been folded during the printing process.

Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the website. These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to close any, or all, of the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions When Placing an Order Online
By placing an order with Tarot T-Shirts you agree that:

> E-mails sent will be deemed as read, it is your responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied is accurate and capable of receiving our e-mails
> You have read the below and accept these terms and conditions in relation to Price and Promotions, Shipping and Delivery, Contract Cancellation, Returns and Refunds and Data Protection. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which the customer has accepted when an order has been placed. Once an order is placed customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. This agreement together with the standard terms and conditions of the website constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tarot T-Shirts with respect to the use of the website. A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we dispatch your order. The order will not be accepted until we receive payment. Any errors regarding website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documentation or information issued by us may be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
Shipping and Delivery Shipping Costs
Tarot T-Shirts is not responsible for any applicable taxes in relation to your order such as importation tax.
All sales are final.
Delivery Failure
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. If the goods are still required, we will require an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. If goods returned to us are not claimed after 30 days they will be donated to charity.
If a parcel has been delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel then please allow 3 – 5 days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us.
Returns
At Tarot Tshirts we want you to love every item you buy, so we know that from time to time you may like to return an item. If you would like to make a return, we ask you get back to us with this decision within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the return has been approved by Tarot Tshirts, the product must be received by us within 2 weeks from that date or it will not be accepted.

TERMS :
– When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
– The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
– You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

Your privacy is very important to us, that’s why we will never release your personal details to any company outside of the Tarot T-Shirts for mailing or marketing purposes. However, we would like to keep you up to date with our full range of products and services. This includes news of special events, offers, promotions, product launches and catalogues. We may contact you by post, telephone, SMS text messaging and/or email. When you place an order with us you are agreeing to be included in our email database. Should you wish to be removed from our email database you may do so by clicking Unsubscribe on an email you receive or alternatively notify us through the Contact Us page. Your Personal Information may be disclosed to reputable third parties who will help process your order. Tarot T-Shirts requires all such third parties to treat your personal information as fully confidential and to fully comply with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation.
